My HD DVR was working fine for a while however now I am noticing on my recorded programs that the pictures will sometime freeze (like a stop frame) for a second or so. It used to happen once in a while but now it is happening more and more. On some of my recorded programs, it would end recording before the end of the program by 30 seconds, this would make me miss the most important part since I wouldn't know how it ends.
I have HR24 DVR. Is there anything I can do about this? If not then I am just going to wait until my contract with Direct TV is up and then give AT&T a try to see if they are better. Thanks for any help.
PS, I forgot to mention that once in a while, I see a freeze on my TV when I am watching it in real time, not very often but once in a while.
