Phase 3 LNB question

Does anyone know which output on the Phase 3 LNB I'd use for FTA? Is there an unswitched output on these LNBs or are they all tied to the switch?

They are all tied to the switch, but they all default to the 101 satellite for pointing, use port 1 (1st left, as the cable enters LNB) and it will be right through to the 101 LNB,thats the far right LNB from behind the dish! Happy hunting, let us know what you find!

Thanks PSB, if the mosquitoes aren't too bad I'm planning on having a couple of hours outside with the dish and PC.

On some triple LNb's the multiswitch is removeable. The terl lnb I have has a removeable mulitswitch.

You can't FTA on a Phase 3 DTV dish. You need a Ku-Band dish like those of primestar. The satellites that FTA channels are broadcast are those with Linear Polarity (H-V) and not those of Circular Polarity (L-R, DTV and E* use this)
