I want to combine two separate fixed dishes one on 123W and another on 97W and run them both with one Fortec Merc II receiver.

Can I use a Perfect Vision like this ??

If so how would l run the cables? I don't understand what the Power Passing means.

Sorry if this is a stupid question but when it comes to the switches I seem to get confused.

no. You would use either a 22k switch or a Diseqc switch to combine those

what you posted was a splitter

One other comment, if you are using universal LNBs then you need to use a Diseqc switch, if you are using standard LNBs then you can pick a 22KHz or a Diseqc switch. (One advantage of a Diseq switch is that you can add two more LNBs later)

What you posted are used to combine antenna (OTA) and satellite signals onto one coaxial cable.

OK thanks

One LNB is a Hughes Linear that came with the DirecPC. It has a fairly big feed horn. The other is a FSS Stacked from an old Super Dish.

Does this make a difference which switch I use?
