I liked that car app, telling you statistics of the car and last place where you parked it. Cool feature. I also like the different time displays. Can you download more custom time displays?

I would enjoy having this. Looks pretty slick too.

I have the original Pebble. From what I understand, the internals and software for the original and the Steel are the same.

I can tell you that a lot of the software that is displayed in the ads not available yet and is coming soon*. Right now, it is good for telling time, stopwatch, timer, and it notifies you when you get emails, texts and facebook updates. That being said, I am excited to have one and I look forward to what developers can come up with for this.

If you are an early adopter, and want a neat gadget to play with, with the idea that the really cool stuff will come later--go ahead and get one. If you want something full featured and fully fleshed out--you might hold off for a few months to a year.

That being said--It get lots of comments/compliments about mine. And everyone want to know: "What does it do?"

I'm interested in getting one but I can wait. A little expensive for the new ones.

Decide what you would like the watch to do and then search for what's available.

And that is the other problem with the Pebble right now. It is hard to find apps for it (they are scattered all over). Pebble is about to release an App store, which should help that process tremendously.
