PBS HD listings?

Can anyone pls tell me if there is a web site where I can find PBS HD listings (from AMC3 - http://www.lyngsat.com/amc3.html )

You might have to play with zip codes to find the right time zone to match what's coming off the sat.

Thank you for the link - looks like a great place to start.

Has anybody had any luck with zip codes or states to match what the grid says to what is currently coming off the satellite?
