There is a PPV movie sitting on my Hopper w/Sling that won't seem to post to my account. Is there a way to "force" the IRD to "phone-home" so it will post?
Try Menu -> Settings -> Network Setup -> Tests and click on the Call Out button. Don't have any PPV's here to test that, but I seem to remember that as a way to send all the stored info regarding purchases.
Do you see the PPV movie listed under Menu -> Purchase History? If not, then it has probably already been "called in" and should appear on your next bill.
That's the weird thing; they are still listed there. A Dish CSR said they sent a hit for "collection retrieval" to the box, but I don't think that worked either.
