Pay extra for music channels and still no free hd dvr.

1. I would have to use the choice package to get most of the sonic channels. Yet I can get every sonic channel for FREE on a free to air receiver on one c band satellite. These free channels are listed on lyngsat and available 24/7.

2. I've been a customer for over 2.5 years and still cant get a free HD DVR, anyone I can talk to about this?

1. Where on C-Band? I know of the DMX ones but not sonic
2. what are they offering you? Free HD RECEIVER, yes (my stepdad just got one and he's been a customer for almost 2 years)....HD DVR nope

Sonic Tap is just re branded DMX channels.

Surely you are paying extra for channels you want, not just music? Especially if you get the music free elsewhere.

Perhaps there are channels in choice extra you watch, thus the extra $5/mo?

As for what that has to do with a free HDDVR, that doesn't make much sense. Did they offer you anything on a HDDVR, sometimes they may offer $99 instead of $199.

They are offering me a free HD DVR just have to pay $19.95 for shipping

for me, I also can't get a HD or HD DVR box free, but it isnt a big deal, 1. until recently I couldnt have auto bill pay, so My account was behind each month, so Im happy there.

and 2. They offered me a discount as times, saying like 50 off the box, no subcharge and no shipping.

now, they told me to wait a few months, cause the demand is so high, they cant offer a discount or any promotions.

But basically, it has to do with Length and Payment history.
