Password

I ask a question recently about how to lock channels I do not wish to see and was given an answer to go to the lock menu. When I went there it ask for my password but I have not put a password in. As such I don't know the password. Will I have to call dish network to get it removed?

try zeros or ones, I think that worked for me.

I tried 0's and 1's but that didn't work so I called dish and they cleared everything so I can enter a new password if I want.
