PAS 3R CONFIRMATION PLEASE

I am able to scan PAS3R right now. But I am interested in getting TELETICA, which lyngsat lists as Freq 3828 V 3300

Can some one with access to scan this satellite tell me if that is correct?

I can scan other channels in there but not this one. In the past I had to mannually enter the Values for my Fortec Mercury II to see it. Not even a Power Scan will find it. But I am not sure if the Frequency data is correct.

Unfortunately, at this time I am unable to get the BUD over that far, but global-cm.net has the following info: (MAY 20 2011 UPDATE) V-3828 3/4 SR 3300 PIDs V 4096 A 4097 TELETICA-7 San Jose, Costa Rica Spanish. Also noted is that this sat can be quite weak.

well a year ago i got that signal but iit was with my 6 or 8 feet dish but now i don't know but if i got time ican tell u maybe tomorrow.

I wanted to come back to this and update: The problem was my LNBF. It was not switching and only getting H. I thought about that and then started manually turning the LNB and that was the problem. I got a new LNBF. Thanks all for you help.
