So I just got a call from Dish letting me know that they are now going paperless. I always thought I had signed up for paperless, but they were just stupid and kept sending me statements. Well, it turns out I was signed up for autopay, which still involves plenty of paper.
Anywho, it was an automated call, and an extremely unprofessional one at that... There was all kinds of background noise and I could hear other people talking. It is like they told one of their CSRs in the middle of the day to record this call, while everyone was just there. It was fine, but definitely felt amateurish. Anybody else get this call this morning?
