Pansat problem

I have a couple of 2700's and they have the same problem. They won't budge off the language menu. I can select any language but when that is done and I press OK, it does nothing, just sits there. Any other remote button also will not move it from the language menu.

They have the latest b75 but I can't even try a factory reset as it won't let me continue from the language menu.

Any ideas???
