PanSat/CoolSat - Parental Controls

Parental Control. I was a DTV user before and I would like to know about the Parental Controls settings and how they work as I have kids. With DTV we just put in a globe restriction with password for all programs know matter what channel, not to show anything greater than a PG18 rating. Or is it on a per channel restriction basis were you have to lock down the entrie channel no matter what is rating playing. (ie: movie channels) Is this how CoolSat and PanSat works as well? I'm trying to find out before making a purchase of one of these units.

You won't have guide information to the the ratings from so it's kind of moot.

As Shawn noted, 99% of the channels don't have an EPG so its irrelevant. You can lock channels out (I guess....just dont scan them in)
