Pansat 3500 Scan Problem

I have a PANSAT 3500, in the smart search I can't find TP with SR below 3000, I have had the 2700A and have the PANSAT 5000HC and both have not problem to found TP with SR below 3000.
I test with the news SW and also can't find TP below 3000SR.
