Pansat 3500 & Free-X TV Card

I just setup my new system, a little bit of a learning curve but rewarding. Everything working but purchased subscription Free-X TV Card, Video ok but no Audio from analog or fiber ports. Called GoSatellite where cars was purchased and they said a update was required for the 3500 for the card to work. I have looked through the forums and not solving my problem I am posting this question.

Any help would be greatly appricated.

check www.panarex.com under downloads...theats where the software would be to update it

Thank you for the quick reply. Went to Panarex, tried the new bin file, same results as before the new file.

i have a pansat 3500 how did you get the card to work i have purcahsed the card also i get no video or sound ( good signal and quality )
