yesterday i was watching the tv and all of a sudden this message came on and said the data is being downloaded then in a while another message came on and said to please imput data there is channel numbers but no picture can anyone help me thanks

need help!

today i was watching TV with my pansat. Then like an idiot I started fooling with installation, I went to parental controls then second pin then I pressed set default key.
Once I did that, none of my channels came in at all!!!!!!!!!
It kept saying DATA IS BEING DOWNLOADED. how do i get it back to normal!
help please!?
