Pansat 2500A/Dish 500 not getting signal??

I just purchased a set of Pansat 2500A/Dish 500. My coordinates are Azimuth:160 Elevation:50 Skew 85. Pansat 2500A is programmed with latest software by a expert. I took them home and can't never get any 110 and 119 signal except 30% level, 0% quality. I spend entire day and no signal

I checked the switch and cable, they are all good. Is there anything else I needed to do before can pick up satillite signals?

I also check this website for any clues, but nothing really helpl. This is a great web site though.

Call 1-800-333-3474 for technical support. You will have to give them your name & address plus some information about the problem you are having and they should fix you right up.
