Package Commitment with Hopper Upgrade

So the soccer season is almost half over, and Dish is showing no sign of adding beIN Sport's HD feed. I am considering a move to another provider. I got the Hopper when it first arrived, so I am in another 24 month commitment. I would like to keep the Italian language package for my wife with the Hopper for PTAT. Will Dish let me switch to the International Basic plan only

In order to not break the agreement you must subscribe to the minimum required programming. The Italian packages don't qualify as an International Core so I think you would need the International Basic pack which is $10 plus your Italian package. So I think the lowest you could get away with is $20 for programming or up to $30 depending on what Italian package you want. The link at the bottom has the Italian packages listed.
