outdoor channel gone from Plus Package?

I didn't have the outdoor channel as of last night so I called d and they told me that it is a sports package channel.... Well it wasn't but lookie here "d mess up" that sucks for sure!!!

It apparently was a long-running free preview.

They did say it was a preview.

The only thing they have to fall on - they never advertised / listed it as part of the Plus package, only the sports pack.
