OTA Reception wiggling in 91006

Hello,

I have a roof mounted antennaes direct DB4 antennae that gets HD signals from all of the major stations. However, I have a reception problem with HD stations ABC (7.1) and Fox (11.1). The lower third of my picture wiggels horizontally. I had this happen with another antennae so it is not the antennae that is th teproblem. My other HD stations, CBS, NBC and PBS, are all perfect.

I am about 11 miles from Mt Wilson in L.A. and have no obstructions to interfere with the transmitter towers. (At least I think so.)

Anyone have this problem before? Solutions on how to fix?
