Look at http://www.2150.com/broadcast/default.asp an input your lon/lat as 40.69302 and -75.21654; Declination -14; distance 50.

Shows ALL stations within and approx 50 miles from you, both licensed and applications.

This will give you something to look for.

You will have to interpret whether local topography precludes reception of distant stations.

You can compare it to http://www.antennaweb.org/aw/Address.aspx .
