OTA Help Please

I live in Woolrich, PA and I currently do not receive any HD locals from E*. I've looked at antenna positioning websites about being able to receive the locals OTA but I didn't understand all the terminology on there. While I try to learn it, is there anyone near me that can confirm or deny the ability to receive OTA?

I know I'm pretty far from the towers but I can't figure out if I have no chance of receiving the stations.

According to AntennaWeb and using the 17779 zip code, it lists only one, non-network station in your range.

I live in Lock Haven and have never been able to get a signal. I live in a second floor apartment and tried putting an antenna on the roof and still nothing. Too many hills around.

You will need a deep fringe uhf antenna, a pre-amp, and the ability to get it up maybe 50 feet or so above the ground, aimed toward Wilkes-Barre - about 102 degrees or so on a compass from Woolrich. Who knows? My brother-in-law picks up stations 100 miles away so you might get lucky.
