That's one of the many incarnations of the OpenBox that already exist, I've seen it being sold since at least a few months. It even uses the same Ali chip (3602 if i am not mistaken), the same one used by: AzAmerica S900, MVision HD400, Comag SL100HD, the Kaon KSC-A400HR (its the one used by a mexican tv station to receive their encrypted FTA channels), and a few more brands (one of the reasons why Openbox has made public firmware with clone-kill routines ).

It isn't supported by the ALi chipset at this moment.
