Only receive Sat 101 TP 1-16

Well I'm at my wit's end. I started the day with a single LNB dish working fine with my DTV receiver. I installed a triple LNB dish with multiswitch and was only able to locate and receive a signal from Sat 101 transponders 1-16. Sat 110, Sat 119, and Sat 101 transponders 17-32 *always* yeilded 0% signal. I could get Sat 101's transponder 1 up to 85% signal and transponder 2 up to 65%, but I could never get my receiver to detect a satellite.

I got a second receiver and tried it with both the new and old dish. It reported the exact same satellites and transponders.

I gave up and re-installed my old single LNB dish. Now its doing the same thing! I got on the horn with DTV's customer support and they said it sounded like a cable issue. So I went and bought a new cable -- but same problem!

So:
Start of the day
Single LNB, receiver 1, old cable - worked fine
Began the upgrade process
Triple LNB, receiver 1, old cable - failed
Triple LNB, receiver 2, old cable - failed
Single LNB, receiver 2, old cable - failed
Single LNB, receiver 1, old cable - failed
Single LNB, receiver 1, new cable - failed

In all instances I only get Sat 101 transponders 1-16. In all permutations, I never saw Sat 101 TPs 17-32 or Sat 110 or Sat 119.

Does this sound familiar to anyone? I have combed these forums looking for a failure similar to mine, but haven't found anything.
