I have to tell you, I find the attitude and approach to his comments a bit arrogant, but Cuban does have a point. The copywritten material being posted on there without permission is unbelievable. And as he also stated, the only reason why the RIAA hasn't sued anyone into oblivion is that most of the violaters are small-fries; not even worth their time. But the moment somebody does buy YouTube, then they'll ultimately be held responsible for copywrite violations.
