Online icon is missing

The little blue "pawn" icon that shows that someone is online has been miising for me for a few days. It now just says - Scott Greczkowski is online now

The red one is there, but the blue one is missing.

Logged out and back on, shut down Firefox, rebooted computer. None of those worked. Strange.
