I was speaking in generalities about how they seem to be tossing race aside in casting many of the characters.

I never worry about that, seeing how the Disney movies from the 50's and 60's weren't accurate to the original characters anyway.

For example, Carol depicted Alice as a brunette, not the blond that Disney turned her into.
