Well, now that it is after 2/7, I have to ask: did the Watch On Demand option ever show up for you?The receiver says A Christmas Carol is available On Demand until 2/7 but only shows a button to click to see a trailer. What am I doing wrong here??

Okay. If I remember correctly, you have Welcome Pack. Since the 1999 version of A Christmas Carol was on TNT, which is not included in Welcome Pack, that may explain why the movie was unavailable to you. I do agree, though, that the "Available On Demand until mm/dd" message does seem to imply that the actual show is available, when maybe it only meant that the trailer was available for free until that date. If that is the case, perhaps that message should be moved next to the "See Trailer" button, and/or rephrased to indicate "Trailer Available On Demand until mm/dd" to make it easier to understand.Nope!
