Old Installation Revision

My install needs a revision. I noticed that the original installer 8+ years ago grounded the coax but not the mast of my OTA antenna. There is a splice in the cable about 10 feet from the antenna that is going to cause some signal loss. The cable on the side of the house is falling off and overall looks like crap. Should I call Dish and ask for a service call or find an installer in my area and deal with them directly. I don't mind paying for the installers time, provided my install is professional and proper. I am in the Colorado Springs/Pueblo area.

Thanks,

J.

I'd call a local. Dish will set up a repair call and charge you $95 or so. Getting the work done locally will give you recourse if something fails.

Moved and now can't get HD Absolute Pkg, What is the Pkg Code?
