Ok whats going on with Verizon fios

I have checked several times over the last 8 weeks to verify that we could get Verizon fios where we live at and each time it verified that we could indeed get all three services at our address. Tonight I went to check something and noticed the packages had changed so I looked to see what was new and all of a sudden fios services are no longer available where I live in Virginia Beach so I have to ask does anyone know what is going on in this area?
