Off Line Hd Channels?

Currently NFL HD, History HD, A&E HD, are all offline.

Is this system wide or only a problem at 61.5, as I only have a 61.5 Dish. I'm more bummed out about History HD than the only two although with the NFL now in full swing I would watch NFL HD.
