NTV bangla on FTA

Aside from Dish network, does anyone know if NTV Bangla (or ANY Bangla channels) are available on FTA?

If you are in the US there is no FTA for NTV- Bangladesh. There are other channels listed as NTV but they are Russian services , etc. There are sats with that particular programming on the other side of the world but there is no visibility to receive them from the western hemisphere (US).
