Now that I have the Sling Adapter...(Recording and Tuner question)

I had been using my 722 in Single Mode, with recordings using Tuner(TV?)2 first and then Tuner(TV?)1. But now since I have the Sling Adapter that uses TV2, maybe I should change the priority to Tuner1 for the first recording? That way TV2 is open if I happen to connect to Sling. Otherwise I can still use TV2 to watch Live TV on the 722 itself. Am I thinking about this right?

I also thought that the 722 would go back into Single mode when I disconnect Sling, but it seems it sometimes does and sometimes it doesn't.

what I want is the "whole home dvr concept" where I can put another 722 in the backroom, use that to record on, use the 722 in the den to sling and then a 222 in the main room to watch recordings on either dvr. I know that Direct has something like this going.
