Noobie Problems

Hi all,

Just got my Ultrasat yesterday (Yay) anyways here's what I got.

I believe i have everyting wired correctly, I just can't seem to get it to work. I have the sat mounted on a fence pole in a bucket of cement and checked to see that it is level. I used a compass to point the sat south. I try to set up autoscan and nothing happens I just get a "No Channel" Screen. In the auto scan screen it says my LNB power is on so I guess that's working.

My zip is 78418 if that helps.

Sorry, it was lower before. I was trying to elevated it to see if there would be any improvement.

Your dish elevation should be about 40 degrees (40.4 according to the calculator) for a Stab HH90

lnb freqs is wrong

You're lnb freqs should be 10750 not 11250 I notice that in you're screen setup in you;re pic

Yes I see that too, but I can't navigate into the box to change it. Is there another way to do this?

From the main menu go to "Dish Settings". That will take you to the screen I have attached. You can change your LNB type and/or frequency from here.
