Noob needs help equipement

I have the current setup,

SG-2100 DISH MOTOR
Invacom Quad QPH-03
Coolsat 5000
And a 31 inch dish.

I mounted the pole and I used a leveler to make sure it was vertical and I setup everything up and connected all the wires. This is how I connected the wires, I connected the wires from invacom into my 4X1 DiSEqC SWITCH, 2 wires L and C. I then connected the wires from my switch to the motor and motor to my coolsat. Now the problem is I am having trouble aimming the dish, I'm not too sure how high to point it. (I know i have to point it at True south which I believe I did.)
I'm still not getting any signal or can't see any channels.

What do I have to set the longitude and latitude or even elevation?

My dish moves often is shaken by the wind is this going to be another problem?

My area code is 95122. Please me nice to my noobish butt! I did th search button and find some help, but I alway end up getting lost.

I would remove the switch and motor for now and try to find and store a few satellites first!

Have a look at the below angles for all the satellites. Elevations are WITHOUT the motor.

Hey guys, everything went fine until I wasn't able to get 110. I can get 121 (my true south) and I can 148, but I can't seem to get 110 or 119. What am I doing wrong?

What do you mean about motor elevation PBS?

I have a sg2100/motex hh motor/on it has latitude and other side elevation.I thourgh when you set your lat(in my case 41.6 n = 42n There is no 1/2'' mark,you get your elevation automatic.AM I wrong?Just for everybody to be on the same page.I have 3 other hh motors pansat 900,stab 120 for my primestar 30"x40" dish.I just set them at 42.On my sg 2100 the lat bolts kept sliding down from 42.Because of the heavy primestar dish.In the slot behind the bolts,I added some metal into the slot.Now she dont move. she stayed at 42n.Thank you I have the pansat 3500,coolsat5000,2 pcI cards,4dtv,c/k dish,75cm,76cm,24"x18"ch master,2/18" dishs.

Did you set up the LNB for 110 and 119 to use a LO of 11250?
