In my home I have 5 recievers... 3 DVRS , 1 HD, 1 standard (about to be upgraded) . Been having trouble using whole home dvr if you try to play remotely in one of the bedrooms or from the same all because the installer did not change out some small gauge old garbage cable that was strung thru the attic.
Told the tech that came out a few weeks ago to wire in a new bedroom we just built and he did not have time to fix it so he said since I have the protection plan that I just needed to call in and tell them about talking to him and about the other installer and the fact that I needed the wire replaced and it would be no problem because it was covered.
NOW they are giving me a big hassle about it and want me to pay $45 to replace 30ft of cable...
What do youns think?
