Eventhough I know the rcvr is working there is no video showing up on the dishonline player. I can't see live tv or dvr recordings. It worked last night, but doesn't tonight. I have rebooted both my computer and my rcver.
Is your receiver showing online on the dishonline website? Is the receiver showing normally under the "My Accounts"? Have you tried completely logging out of the session and then logging in once again?
I am have been having the exact issue all morning. I can "see" the recordings on my DVR from Dish Remote Access and Dish Online, but after loading the content I get a message that there is no video signal. This worked prefectly all day yesterday. Has anyone else seen this?
I have seen this with my 922. Have you tried resetting your receiver? After resetting my receiver it seems to work on both the DRA app and DISH Online. If that doesn't help please PM me with your account information and I will submit a technical problem report.
