no sound

In the past when I watched on 55 or 99 I could hear the sound on all non scrambled channels.
I was using a behind the ear hearing aid. Could hear the sound but no comprehension.

So I bought a Sennheiser set900 infra red receiver.
Now I can hear on 99 all but the scrambled channels.
On 55 on most of the channels I get NO sound! Same settings, same hearing device.

Sure would appreciate your ideas as to why....

Have you tried alternate audio PIDS? Openbox S9 Yet? I'd have to look to see 'how that's done'. But think it's just the "audio' button" then up or down, select.

It's a new device and rather complicated.
I don't know what I did on 55 to not make it work.
It seems to be now working.
