I bought a rx-v565 at a garage sale hoping to use it as a garage stereo unit. It lit up as a demo that it "worked" but was not attached to speakers. When I tried it at home, I could get no sound from the speakers, cheapies but known good. There is no output from the headphone jack or the audio out RCA jacks. I DLed the manual, I had no remote so I bought a universal remote. I can't get into the options menu with the remote. I've tried radio and audio one inputs. I did the reset function and set the unit up for both 2 channel with and without center spkr. Any ideas?
