No signal on transponder 24 & 25!

Hey, I have Bell Expressvu and it had bad signal before. So I recently went outside and re-align the satellite myself and got most of the transponders back. However, now all my transponders signal are ranging from 75%-92% except for 2 transponder, which are 24 and 25. These two transponder are at 0% and not locked. This happens on both Satellite 82 and 91. What could be the reason? We have tried to re-align the dish ourselves, but no matter how or where we angle the dish, the signal for both stays at 0%. Will I have to pay someone who knows what they are doing to re-align the dish? Thank you!

where ya located?

82 doesn't use all 32 transponders so some may be off which is normal. 91 should have all TP's up and running so that is weird

I am located in Chicago. For some reason, no matter where I move the dish the signal is always at 0%. Again, only 24 and 25 does not work for 91. Any other suggestion?

Yeah, this is really starting to bug me. Does anyone else have some input?
