No Power? Dead!

Just got my AZBox Premium HD yesterday. I was entering an IP address and it died. Nothing comes on. No lights, nothing.

It's on a good UPS and all my other equipment on that circuit is still working.

Plenty of air and it is not on top of another hot electronic, so it did not over heat.

I cannot find a reset switch.

I checked the power supply and I got 12 volts and 24 volts.

What do you think?

Many people report loose connections upon receiving their Az. Pop the top and re-seat the cables.

Are you using a Plug Adapter?
If so, look around the house for a protable Radio / VCR, anything that has a power code you can "borrow".
If that does not work, unplug, and pop the cover off and re-seat all cables.

Well, it was dead for 45 minutes and then it started to work again.

But it did not start again until I bumped it just a little when I set it down after looking underneath for a reset button. So, I guess it is a loose connection.
