No NFL Network HD

I called Voom today to ask where the NFL HD channel was. The CSR told me that they were using only one channel this year, and that they would switch resolutions when they had HD programming.

When the Game of the Week started tonight it was in SD. When I saw a message come on saying "this program available in HD, contact your service provider", I did just that. The Voom CSR told me just earlier that the HD channel 311 would be on the air at 12am EST tonight to show the game of the week. I'll watch and see later tonight.

That sounds promising but I did not see any new channels added this a.m. There's something going on with NFL HD feed. D* subscribers did not have last night either. These were the two providers that carried the feed last year. I think the NFL may have to do something with it. Just conjecture on my part.

Seriously, we're not missing anything. What I saw from last season looked like crap. Apparently it's 16 mm based film transfer.
