about 4 days ago 4k listings were gone on the hopper3 but shows up on on android tv and roku4. have reset, unplugged. still not working. any one seeing this?

It has happened to me once.... to get the 4K back, I rebooted the Hopper3 with the TV on so that going through its tests noticed the TV was a 4k TV again. 
Scott my version is U313, but my application software which was ANN, just saw it is on RICH_BETA_02 could this be giving me non-4k?
