No Joey guides

For some time my Joey's have seemed to go to a new layout. I am unable to access any DVR recordings any of my 3 hoppers and the guide no longer appears. My hoppers are the same as they were when I got them 2 years ago.

Did you ever get this fixed? I have the same problem.
