The company typically informs customers in July of a rate increase an annual ritual that has taken place for years. We don't have any plans at the present time to change our prices said John Wolfe vice president of government and public affairs for Cox's New England operation. The reason Wolfe said has a lot to do with competition from other sources of video entertainment especially satellite TV services.
