no icons on anything

no icons not on anything

i got a dvr, and i turn mine box on and i got no icons on anything, what can cause this? i mean icons for tv shows/movies

i just turn the box on and no icon, then i reset mine box, sorry to post every time i have a problem but the last 3yr was fill with problems so, i am on edge when something come up

I lost icons overnight because they pushed software version 459 to my dvr at 2:27 am. I'm sure they will come back eventually.
