I have three receivers in my home. We had a storm a couple days ago and that is when I started having the problem. When I change channels I get a pause and the a message appears "No HD channel found, switching to SD channel". Then a second or two later I get the program. This never has happened before. Until this happened I have had no problem receiving HD channels. I have the same problem on all three receivers. I live in Texas (77331) and have a Western Antenna with a 1000.2 LNBf. Looking at the set up screens, I get nice strong signals on 110 and 119. I check the SWITCHES and the diagnostic's say Satellite input 1 ports 1,2, 3 are OK. Same for Satellite input 2 ports 1, 2, and 3, all OK. I don't know if I should get a signal on 129 or not but I don't get a signal. I own my own equipment and installed it myself a few years ago. No problem until two days ago. It's hard to believe three receivers could all have gone bad at the same time. I'm thinking the LNBf has a problem, but just guessing. I have reset, unplugged, you name it more times then I can count. The problem does not go away. I called DISH twice and get some idiot in India who apparently knows nothing but to follow a flow chart setting on his table. He had me un-plugging, plugging in a sending me reset signals. Nothing helped. So is it my LNBf? Am I supposed to and only use two satellites and two of the three antennas on the dish?

Pretty much every company in the States moved call centers to Far East, mostly Philippines. Some have excellent accents and are knowledgeable. It seems they all are taught to constantly apologize and make you feel good. I feel like telling them "Puhleeez! just come to the point!"
