no guide info on 622??

I have two 622's and as of this afternoon, one of them only shows guide info for the current hour. They both have the same software (L448). I have tried a soft re-boot twice with no luck. It shows what programs are on currently, but nothing an hour or longer from now. Everything says "no info available". Does anyone know why this is happening?

go to guide and hit Skip forward several times that should force the down load

I already tried that. I can skip forward in the guide several days, but every channel shows "No info available".

Do a check switch. When the receiver comes out of it, it should do a guide update.
