No control to GeoSatpro HDVR1200

I screwed up again. I erased the TP default values and to try to get them back, I hit the factory reset. Now I have nothing. A black screen, a green light on the receiver, and 00 00. Nothing works. Do they have to sell me a new receiver to start all over.
Arrgh. I'll have to wait to Monday to call their help line.
I been trying to follow the info on an old manual, (HD) as I can't seem to find a newer manual for the new receiver.

I got it sorted out. When I did the factory reset, the output was changed to HDMI from the component cable I was using. Switched it back to component, and bye-bye black screen. The factory reset had restored the missing pre-set frequencies.
