I'm not getting any audio from one of my 311's at work. I did a hard reboot and changed cables. No good.
Is there an internal mute or volume control perhaps? When I select SAT on the remote, and press a volume function, the TV key lights up, showing that the remote is controlling TV volume, not the 311's.
Is it possible that the remote was programmed for TV volume pass-through, and that I can restore it to default, and control the 311's internal volume with it?
Or, does the 311 not have any volume or mute capability of its own?
