no 625 external storage

i was going to try to put some shows on my 625 on an external storage medium. I hooked up my flash drive and went to the menu and every feature i hit said not yet supported. how do i get support on this device for external storage? if you need more info please ask

Perhaps there was some thought to supporting picture display.

That USB port is 1.1, so any transfer out of it would be not much better than real time. So there's no point. You can hook up and record from the regular video outputs and achieve the same thing.

If you want external USB storage, you must upgrade to a ViP series receiver.

Usb used to connect Pocket Dish.

Even the 722/622 does not support flash drives. Min requirement is 32 or 64 GB hard drive. But as was said the 625 is not eligible because of USB 1.1. Maybe you could transfer photos but not recordings and probably not movies.
